CANCELING ORDER:

Your convenience is our priority. We confirm every order through our customer service team via Email within 24HRS from placing it. 

You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it.

Order Cancellation is only possible within the same calendar day; Bank fees will be deducted upon cancelation.

Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.Returns are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect. To qualify, the item must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition as received.
Opened packages cannot be returned for any reason (as per the Consumer Protection Law).

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
